Processing Times

Please allow up to 7–10 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. During holidays, product launches, or high-volume periods, processing may take a little longer.

You will receive shipping confirmation and tracking information once your order is on the way.

Shipping Rates

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your order and delivery location.

Delivery

Once an order has been shipped, delivery times are determined by the shipping carrier and may vary. Cross Timbers Bison is not responsible for carrier delays, weather delays, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Incorrect or Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing an item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at ctbisoninfo@gmail.com.

Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos when applicable.

Address Changes

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as quickly as possible. We cannot guarantee address changes once an order has entered fulfillment or shipped.
