We created Prairie Provisions to share the richness of Oklahoma’s prairie and Cross Timbers country in a bag you can take along. Inspired by native trees, seasonal harvests, and the landscapes we’re working to restore, this modern mix connects every handful to something bigger.

Every ingredient brings its own flavor—and a piece of the story:

• Roasted & salted pecans: A native Oklahoma favorite, honoring the pecan trees that have provided food across our state for generations.
• Black walnuts: Rich and earthy, reflecting the woodlands that help give the Cross Timbers its character.
• Pepitas: Crunchy pumpkin seeds that connect us to the autumn harvest. Pumpkin vines spread across the ground, shading the soil and helping suppress weeds.
• Sunflower kernels: A tribute to familiar prairie blooms and their strong roots, which can help loosen compacted soil and draw nutrients from deeper below the surface.
